SHOT Stars

Liam Davies is a professional boxer from Telford and is also one of SHOT’s original athletes. Liam ‘grew up with the gloves on’ with his Grandad running a gym in the middle of his childhood community and his dad being a professional boxer himself.

As well as a mentor to young athletes Naomi Metzger sees herself as an advocate for girls in sport, in particular athletics. She has won ten British titles and also won bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games.

Ezra Taylor made a name for himself in the British amateur boxing circuit, being the first person to acquire five regional titles at the same time. He is now chasing bigger belts in the professional ranks.

Maria Tulley is a female professional golfer from Cornwall and is one of SHOT’s original athletes.

Maria’s stand-out moment of her career so far is when she represented Great Britain in the WPGA Cup in 2019.

Gerome Warburton became an amateur boxer aged fifteen and then became only the ninth Welsh professional Champion to come from North Wales. 

​Having fought in Las Vegas, Kieron Conway is closing in on his dream of becoming Northampton's first professional male British boxing champion.
